The 2001 Mercedes C-Class Sports Coupe. This car debuted at the Paris Motor show. It features 2.3 liter supercharged inline-4 engine. This same engine can be found in the SLK230. The car comes with a 6-speed stick shift, standard. A very sporty looking car, especially compared to most Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

The first major hybrid, the Insight is a very fuel efficient car. With highway mpg reported at 70, this car can cruise for a very long time. A drag coeffcient of only .25 helps this, as does the light weight. This car uses a combination of electric and gas power to run. Another interesting feature of this car is the fact that it actually turns off at stoplights and other stops to save fuel. A technological marvel.
